If actually this is what you did… then maybe the pads are not mapped properly, and you either change the pad notes accordingly in the software of mk3, or just remap the pads in AD2 (using the “?” button, I think Rob explained this in the beginner course). You can load it later in the preset browser (next to the floppy save icon, then selecting “my presets”, you should be able to see/select it). Keep in mind you have to save it for later usage (the floppy icon in AD2). Make sure you're running the latest software. If you have the parts for the drumkit, it should load there properly and you should be able to use it.
